What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website or third-party service can store on a user’s device and read again during later visits. They may be session cookies, which end after browsing, or persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period.

They are first-party when managed by the domain being visited and third-party when they depend on a different domain. Local identifiers, pixels, fingerprinting or browser storage can perform similar functions and are covered by this notice according to their actual purpose.

Verified current status

As of 26 September 2026, ordinary browsing on tomorrownow.tech does not return Set-Cookie headers. The public website code contains no analytics tools, advertising trackers, social pixels or embedded social content.

No consent banner is therefore shown: asking for unnecessary consent when no optional technology is active would be misleading. This verification describes the corporate website and does not replace the notices that will be prepared for individual products when they become available.

Strictly necessary technologies

The network and security infrastructure may use technical cookies or equivalent mechanisms only where necessary to route a request, prevent abuse, perform a security check or maintain service continuity. Tomorrow Now does not use these tools for behavioural advertising or commercial profiling.

A technical mechanism may depend on the connection circumstances or on a protection measure being triggered by unusual traffic. Its duration follows the technical needs of the session, security check or event being handled and is reviewed after changes to the website or its infrastructure.

Contact form and communications

The contact form does not install cookies in order to send a request. It transmits only the completed fields, language and technical information required for delivery and abuse prevention.

Submitting a request does not activate newsletters, advertising or profiling. Form data is governed by the privacy notice and is used to handle and respond to the communication.

When consent is required

Technical cookies and strictly necessary tools may be used without consent, but they must be explained transparently. Profiling, marketing, non-essential personalisation and other tracking tools require a prior, informed, specific and revocable choice.

If such technologies are introduced, they will remain disabled by default. The website will provide an accessible choice mechanism, make refusal as easy as acceptance and retain evidence of the preference only for as long as necessary.

Controls available in the browser

Browser settings generally allow users to view, limit or delete cookies and website data. The procedure varies by browser and device, so users should consult the relevant official guide.

Blocking a strictly necessary tool may prevent a requested feature or security check from working correctly. Deleting website data may also remove a previously stored preference.

Updates and contact

This page is updated when the website, infrastructure or technologies in use change. After a significant change, the verification date is revised and, where required, a new choice is requested before optional tools are enabled.

For information about website technologies or to exercise data protection rights, users may email the privacy contact shown below.
